ABOUT CANOPY POINT
Canopy Point Coffee is a vertically integrated coffee business that manages every step of the value chain from seed to cup. Our coffees come directly from our family farmers in Central America and Mexico who are committed to helping make a sustainable difference in the lives of these families and their communities. These directly-traded coffees are artisan roasted in small batches at our own facility in Fort Worth, Texas using environmentally responsible technologies and no fossil fuels.
THE INTELLICAFÉ COFFEE KIOSKS
Canopy Point Coffee has created the ultimate Smart Coffee kiosk, the intelliCafé. It is customer served and does not require any full-time employees to operate. Our tech-enabled platform developed jointly with Panasonic and Franke Coffee Systems can make over 200 different hot and iced coffee shop favorites using our own artisan roasted specialty grade coffees. Our facial recognition and "Virtual Kiosk" via smartphone capabilities make ordering and paying convenient and safe with contactless options. It is always open and ready to satisfy every taste.
OUR COFFEES
Our coffees are directly sourced exclusively from small family farmers that prioritize the use of sustainable practices and provide economic support for small family farmers in Central America and Mexico. These coffees, grown in some of the best regions in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Costa Rica, and Mexico are custom roasted in small batches using renewable electric fluid-bed air roasters. This roasting technology preserves the clean flavors and quality of these amazing coffees without the charred and burned flavor that is associated with gas-fired drum roasting.
